I created the H.E.A.R.T method over a 10 year long healing journey when no other practitioner could help me.
​
I believe that becoming empowered is just as important as healing, and that is why the H.E.A.R.T method isn't just a healing modality, it's a pathway to empowerment.

The H.E.A.R.T method certification is only available to those who have completed my 3 month Immersion, because it's important to me that my practitioners have a deep level of experience with the modality itself, and have also healed and empowered themselves to such a degree that they are able to hold space for others.

Being a H.E.A.R.T method practitioner is a life-style, inside my 3 month program you will also learn how to be in business in an easeful, nourishing way so that you are not running from a (subconscious) place of scarcity, fear, or stress. (and 99% of us inherently are, until we do this work)
