Meditation for Intuition


A 6-part course which covers the basics of meditation, how to use meditation practically for increasing your intuition, powerful meditation techniques for soothing your nervous system and hearing your intuition clearly, and much more! Participants will leave this course with a strong foundation for meditating, connecting to their heart centre, following intuition, and living a life of creation rather than just following blindly along in life. It is recommended to listen to one course module per week, and practice the guided meditation daily until listening to the next module.
